Matrix is a division of the AVM Group. 

AVM (our parent company) was established in 1990, we have 250 staff in 4 locations and have been ranked as the 37th fastest growing company in the UK.  The AVM Group supplies and installs audio visual equipment within the corporate, public, Ministry of Defence and education sectors. 

In July 2008 Matrix was acquired by Audio Visual Machines Ltd (AVM) establishing them as the UK’s largest provider of Audio Visual Systems Integration and Services. The Matrix Display Systems division of the AVM Group looks after the MOD and Education sectors.  Matrix was formed in 1991 and is an award winning supplier of cutting edge audiovisual technology.

Our Education Division is one of the largest in the UK, supplying and installing bespoke interactive teaching and learning environments. The team comprises Education professionals from primary, secondary and higher education all with an understanding of the technology needed to develop personalised, pupil centric learning.

Manufacturers’ standard parts and labour warranty covers all equipment supplied by AVM. In addition to this, AVM provide an extended level of warranty, service and repair cover, for an extra charge, to ensure that our customers achieve the maximum performance from their systems. Our aim is to make sure that our customers have a fully functional system so in the unlikely event that the system cannot be brought back online, AVM will provide loan equipment from our extensive fleet.
AVM qualified engineers are able to respond to customers anywhere in the UK mainland, backed up by a support hotline and online repair log to assist customers through equipment set-up, operational issues and assist in the warranty process. AVM currently offers five care options with additional upgrade options.
